Graduation Photo Sign-Up

Please remember your $40 sitting fee, payable to the photographer at the time of photography — details are in the Portrait Session section below.

Choose a time from the schedule below that best suits you. Sessions run in 15-minute appointments throughout the day.

Additional times may be added as the schedule fills, so check back if you don't see one that works.

About your photographer

This year PhotoVisions School Photography Company will be taking the photos of all graduates. PhotoVisions is the official school photographer for your campus and is familiar with the specific requirements for your graduation photos. After your session you will be given a password, and all photos will be available on our site for viewing and ordering online.

Where

All sessions take place on campus at Algonquin College — Ottawa Campus.

You will find us in Room A1821.

Getting ready

Hairstyle, makeup, jewellery, and clothing will stand the test of time and photograph best if kept simple and modest: a natural application of makeup and classic, simple earrings or necklaces. Fingernails should be trimmed and/or freshly polished.

You may wish to bring a “prop” that represents an important part of your college experience, such as a musical instrument or tools of your trade. Remember, pets and people are not props, and items must be tasteful and school-appropriate. No pets whatsoever will be permitted at your session.

Portrait session

There is a non-refundable $40 sitting fee, payable to the photographer at the time of photography. No-shows are not eligible for a sitting-fee refund.
The fee includes a deluxe photo session with 10 poses. Additional costs apply to the purchase of photographs or digital downloads.
BONUS: a complimentary digital download of your favorite photo is included
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in, relax, and enjoy the session. These pictures are going to be around for years, so we don't want to rush anyone!

Afterwards

A few days after your portrait session, your images will be available online for you to view and order.

Accessibility

Room A1821 is fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly, with plenty of space.

If you need any accommodations for your session (for example, a quieter, sensory-friendly appointment or adaptive regalia), please tell us what you need and we will work with you to make arrangements. Add a note when you book, or email mark@photovisions.ca. The more advance notice you can give us, the better.
